• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, or close associate of bn777 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors where such relationship creates a conflict of interest.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended bn777 account. Each individual may maintain only one account on the Platform.

bn777 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of bn777 products and services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number (if applicable).

Account Accuracy: You are obligated to ensure that all information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bn777 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account that results from your failure to maintain reasonable security.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold one active bn777 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

• You must notify bn777 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• bn777 may suspend account access pending security verification if unusual activity is detected.
• Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.
• You are responsible for all transactions, wagers, and activities that occur on your account.

bn777 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods supported for Pakistani users, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). Supported methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may change from time to time.

Deposit Conditions:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the cashier.
• Deposits are credited to your bn777 PKR wallet upon confirmed receipt. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within minutes.
• bn777 does not charge deposit fees. Any charges applied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits made in currencies other than PKR (such as USDT) will be converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit credit. Conversion rates are displayed in the cashier.

bn777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or in violation of these terms. Where a deposit is reversed, the associated funds will be returned to the source payment method where technically possible.

Players may request withdrawals of available balances from their bn777 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. bn777 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and fairly for all Pakistani players.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This typically requires a valid government-issued ID (CNIC for Pakistani players) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals must be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. bn777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• bn777 targets same-day processing for PKR withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa for verified accounts in good standing. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take 1–3 business days.

bn777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or account policy violations. Withdrawal requests under investigation may be held pending the outcome of the review. Players will be notified of any such hold.

bn777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are only available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion. Eligibility may be based on account tier, deposit method, geographic location, or other specified criteria.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion's terms page.
• Only one promotional bonus may be active on your account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• bn777 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from a player's account if it is determined the bonus was claimed by circumventing the stated eligibility rules.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without completing the applicable wagering requirements.
• bn777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

All bets placed on the bn777 Platform are subject to the specific game rules or sports betting rules applicable to the relevant product. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Sports Betting: bn777 offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL and ICC fixtures), football, UFC, and other sports. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the governing body. In the event of a discrepancy, bn777's decision is final, subject to dispute procedures outlined in Section 13.

Casino Games: All casino games on bn777 use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems supplied by licenced game providers. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term return of each game. bn777 does not modify game outcomes beyond the published RTP settings applied by the game provider.

• Bets placed in error by the player cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless the relevant game rules permit cancellation.
• bn777 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or where a clear pricing error occurred.
• Bets placed after an event has already concluded (late bets) will be voided regardless of the stated odds at the time of placement.
• Technical faults during a gaming session will be handled in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules. Interrupted sessions are typically resumed or voided in accordance with the provider's protocol.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bn777 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal purpose.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated tools to place bets or interact with casino games in a manner that exploits the Platform or its systems.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on bn777.

• Charging back deposits via your payment provider after those funds have been used for betting or gaming activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bn777 support staff or other users on any platform or channel.
• Attempting to access or interfere with bn777's technical systems, databases, or software infrastructure.

All content on the bn777 Platform — including but not limited to the bn777 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of bn777 or its licenced suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content without prior written consent from bn777.
• Use the bn777 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or damage to the brand's reputation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any bn777 software or game.
• Create derivative works based on bn777 content without express written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bn777 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

bn777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bn777 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Specific Exclusions: bn777 shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your chosen payment provider.
• Losses resulting from lawful gaming outcomes — the Platform does not guarantee any return on money wagered.
• Any third-party services, websites, or software linked to or integrated with the Platform.

bn777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected underage access or use by a self-excluded individual.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account procedures apply).

Where an account is closed due to a policy violation, bn777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the violation is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part in accordance with the severity of the breach.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the bn777 support team. Available real-money balances will be returned to the registered payment method upon closure, subject to standard verification requirements.

bn777 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of the bn777 service, you should follow the process outlined below:

bn777's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, bonus calculations, or settlement of bets shall be final, subject only to the external dispute resolution process described above. bn777's technical logs and records shall constitute the primary source of evidence in any dispute.

bn777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The reasons for amendments may include changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the Platform's products or services, compliance requirements under bn777's gaming licence, or operational decisions affecting Platform policy.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — bn777 will provide advance notice of at least 7 days via the contact details registered on your account before the revised terms take effect. Minor amendments (such as clarifications or grammatical corrections) may take effect immediately upon publication.

The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of your obligations. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bn777 holds its international online gaming licence. By using the bn777 Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these terms, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

The failure of bn777 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver is only effective if made in writing and signed by a duly authorised representative of bn777.

These Terms & Conditions, together with bn777's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bn777 with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
